Beijing Stars and Rain Education Institute for Autism
Stars and Rain, was founded on March 15th 1993, by Tian Huiping, the mother of an autistic boy, China’s first NGO service for children with autism, registered in Chaoyang District Industrial and Commercial Bureau in Dec.1993, have the public fundraising rights by the Autism special fund of China Charity Aid Foundation for children in Jun. 2010. We were approved by Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau in April, 2017 by the new name Beijing Xinmeng Center for Caring Children with Autism, finally got the formal NGO qualify.
Now Stars and Rain has serviced more than 20000families with autism and supported more than 300 autism service organizations by parents training program, adult autism service program and Learning Network project.

Mission： Stars and Rain with a central focus on providing supporting in specialized teaching techniques, promoting Social inclusion on families of children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and the healthy development of the field of social services for people with autism.
To Realize This Mission
We help:
CHILDREN with autism through a well developed structured IEP (Individual Educational Program).
PARENTS to understand autism and to learn the skills they need to improve their children’s daily life through a parent training program and IFP (Individual Family Program).
CHINESE SOCIETY to recognize, and accept people with autism and other disabilities.
